Mini Link Hair Extensions are a discreet, heat-free method that allows individual extension strands to move naturally with your own hair. Small sections of natural hair are passed through tiny tubes before the extension strand is secured into place - with no heat or adhesive required.
At Foxy, we use small, discreet Mini Link tubes designed to sit neatly within the hair. Because each extension is applied individually, our stylists can carefully customise the placement, density and colour blend to create a natural-looking result.
Mini Links can be a great option for clients who enjoy wearing their hair in different styles, as the individual placement provides plenty of movement and versatility.
We fit our premium Signature Russian Mongolian Remy Hair in 20 inch, with multiple shades available to create a beautifully blended, dimensional finish.
Full head application time: approximately 2–3 hours.

Typically suited best to customers with courser hair texture, not typically suited to customers with fine, fragile or oily hair.

Six weekly maintenance is required. It is important that we ensure, as with all methods, that your hair is kept safe throughout the wear of the hair extensions. At this appointment we rotate the hair extensions that are located at the nape of the neck and the side sections (the most fragile areas). We also check through the hair extensions to ensure they are being cared for correctly at home and advise any changes to the aftercare routine that need to be made. It’s also a great opportunity to add extra hair extensions if a refresh or more thickness is required and the hair is trimmed to ensure it is kept in good condition.

Our Mink Link Hair Extensions will last in the hair for up to 12 weeks (3 months) This is based on clients using the required Foxy hair extension aftercare products and attending the set maintenance appointments. At the 12 week mark the hair extensions will need to be removed. If Indian Hair extensions were fitted then a new set will be required after removal, if indeed you choose to continue the wear of hair extensions. Our Russian Mongolian hair is re-useable and can be removed and re-applied so long as they have been cared for correctly. Our Russian Mongolian hair has a lifespan of around 9-12 months before it needs to be replaced.

If your hair is oliy we would suggest looking at Pre Bonded Hair. If you are looking to reuse your hair over and over again it’s worth noting that a mini link re-application is a slightly shorter process than a Pre Bonded application.
